Fosseway Garden Club Rules


The Fosseway GARDEN CLUB (The Club) is the trading name for a loyalty card scheme operated by Fosseway Garden Centre Limited. These terms and conditions are legally binding and are a summary of the key terms applicable to applying and becoming a Club Member. The Club requires your name, full postal address, email and/or telephone number to process your application. Applicants must be aged 16 or over and resident in the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. The Club reserves the right to refuse an application for any good reason. The Club is not open to employees of Fosseway Garden Centre Limited. If you do not register your card by submitting a completed application form, you cannot redeem your points or benefit from the Club’s other offers and promotions.

Your Card

Your card is the property of Fosseway Garden Centre Limited and is non-transferable. You are the responsible for the security of your card. Lost, damaged or stolen cards can be replaced by contacting us. The Club reserves the right to: a) stop issued cards at any time without notice to you: b) withdraw or cancel cards for any good reason on notice to you: and c) close the Club down for any good reason on notice to you. In particular, the Club may close your account if sufficient points have not been earned for 12 months. You may close your account by contacting us at any time in which case all points on your card shall be lost.


How to collect points in-store? Present your card at the till at time of purchase.

Points will be awarded on, and can be redeemed against, all merchandise sold in store except for gift vouchers, home delivery costs, products from in-store concessions and other products from time to time notified to you. Product discounts related to, and offered as part of, the Club are not valid for redemption against the above exempt merchandise.

You will receive points on qualifying transactions. In-store points are awarded at a rate of 1 points for every £1.00 you spend with us or a pro-rata amount rounded up or down to the nearest pound. These rates can be altered at the Club’s discretion on reasonable notice. The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases.

Each point you earn has a redemption value of 1p against qualifying merchandise. The Club reserves the right to vary the rates at any time on reasonable notice. All points awarded have no monetary value.

Points can be redeemed on purchases in store in multiples of 100, each multiple of 100 points having a value of £1.00. Part payment of a transaction can be made with your points total. A minimum points total of £1.00 is required for redemption.

Any unallocated points remaining will be carried forward. Points have no expiry but are lost if your account or the GARDEN CLUB is closed. Points can only be redeemed when presented with your registered card.

You may not rely on any human or software error which results in the award of points to which you are not entitled under these rules.

The Club may vary these Rules on notice to you. Such variations will also be published at the Club’s stores and at Earning further points following such variation shall constitute acceptance of the changes to the Club.

Data Protection

Personal data about you collected by the Club shall be used in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You agree to your personal data being used by the Club to organise and administer your application and account so that we can send you updates and information by email and/or post about the Club. The Club will not otherwise provide your personal data to any third party for direct marketing purposes. If you do not want us to use your personal data in the ways described above please contact us.
