We are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm and on Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
What facilities do you provide for less able customers?
We conform to government guidelines in relation to disabled access. We provide disabled parking spaces, access, and toilet facilities. Our garden Centre is all on one level. Our friendly staff are always available to help and we do have some wheelchairs available. Please note that these are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
I would like some advice on caring for a plant
We have qualified experts in our garden Centre who will only be too happy to help.
Are dogs allowed in the garden Centre?
We welcome dogs in our garden Centre. However, they are not permitted inside our restaurant, we do have outdoor seating under the canopy in the plant area, which dogs are welcome to sit with you.
When does the Fish man come?
The Fish man visits every Monday from 1pm -2pm. He will be located at one of the ends of the car park. Do not miss out! He does the best fish in the county.
Do you accept cash?
We no longer accept cash payments. and will continue to only take card payments in the future.
Where are your Shopping Trollies?
We now only keep our baskets and trollies at the front of the store. We have a sanitising station for trollies there too.
Do we accept HTA gift cards?
We accept HTA Gift cards in our store and our restaurant. HTA vouchers can not be used against purchases of Garden Machinery and Barbeques.
Do you deliver?
Fosseway Garden Centre are able to deliver to customers within a 25 miles radius.
Spend £50 to have a delivery, with a £5 Delivery Charge
Spend over £75 and receive a free delivery
Spending over £1000 and we will make a free delivery within a 100-mile radius.
Deliveries may be possible over 25 miles, however this is subject to the discretion of a manager and the availability of transport.
